These crunchy wholesome rusks are completely free from grains, refined sugar, gluten and dairy. They have an amazing nutty flavour without the addition of any nuts and are very high in fibre as only seeds and seed flours are used. The perfect accompaniment to a cup of tea or coffee.

Ingredients: Flax seeds, coconut, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, poppy seeds, honey, coconut oil, coconut milk, free range eggs, cinnamon, baking powder, salt.
