DELIVERIES:
We offer Free delivery via courier, to all Regional & Outlying areas in South Africa for a minimum order of R500. The set Delivery Charge for orders below R500 is R120 for Reginal areas and R200 for Far Outlying / Farm areas.
The courier deliver between Monday & Friday 8h and 5pm, not on weekends.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Credit Card – payments are securely processed.
Bank Transfer – you will receive an invoice by email with our bank details and we will dispatch your order as soon as we receive confirmation of payment
Cash Deposit – please note there is a 3% surcharge for this payment method

LEAD TIME:
You will receive your order within between 4 to 7 working days from when your payment has been received, depending on the location.

REFUND POLICY:
If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return your order, for a full refund within 5 days. If you changed your mind and would like to return the product, you may, but it must be in its original packaging, undamaged and you must pay for courier to return it to us.
