There are so many benefits to consuming oats – not only are they good for adding them to your daily meals but also, great for the outside too. We did a blog post on a great face mask you can make at home with oats that will keep your skin moisturized as it’s great for dry and irritated skin. They’re also incredibly cheap as well, in terms of dairy free milks you can make yourself, Oats are by far the cheaper option.
OAT MILK RECIPE:
- 1 Cup oats
- 3 Cups water
- Dash of Cinnamon (Optional)
- A dash of vanilla extract (Optional)
- Honey / Organic Maple Syrup – for sweetened (also optional)
