High Protein Cheesecake Brownie

Brownie:
– 16g Flour (Royal nutrition gluten free all purpose flour AVAILABLE ON WEBSITE🔥)
– 16g Vanilla Whey protein (Royal Nutrition)
– 16g Cocoa Powder (try Cape Dutch or Natural health Cocoa)
– 2ml Bicarbonate of Soda
– 24g Xylitol (Natural health)
– 80g Low fat greek yogurt
– 40ml Almond milk
– 20g Dark chocolate (Cocoafair)

Cheesecake:
– 60g Low fat greek yogurt
– 40g Cream cheese
– 30g Vanilla whey protein
– 1tsp Gelatine powder (dissolved in 3 Tbsp boiling water)
– 4 sweetener drops (any sweetener)
– 5ml Lemon juice (optional)

Easy steps:
1. Pre heat oven to 180°C
2. Sieve brownie dry ingredients.
3. In microwave, heat milk and chocolate until melted.
4. Add melted choc and the rest of the wet ingredients to the dry brownie mix.
5. Bake for 10-12mins.
6. While brownie is cooling, blend all of the cheesecake ingredients.
7. Pour cheesecake over brownies and refrigerate until set ( +/- 2 hour)
