Overnight Oats with Nuts, Seeds & Berries

No added sugar / Dairy free option

OVERNIGHT OATS

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Rolled oats

  • 1 tsp Chia seeds & Flax seeds

  • 3/4 cup Milk of your choice (almond, oat, or dairy)

  • 1 tbsp Pure maple syrup or raw honey

  • A dash of Cinnamon

  • Top with: A handful of fresh berries and a small spoonful of nut butter or pumpkin seeds & Nuts

  • Optional: Add hemp seeds or powder

The Method

  1. Combine: In a small jar or container, stir together the rolled oats, chia seeds, milk, sweetener, and cinnamon until well mixed.

  2. Chill: Seal the container and pop it into the fridge overnight (or for at least 4 hours). The chia seeds and oats will absorb the liquid, turning beautifully thick and creamy.

  3. Serve: In the morning, give it a quick stir. Top it with your fresh berries and a drizzle of nut butter for that perfect balance of healthy fats and clean fuel.
