OVERNIGHT OATS
Ingredients

1/2 cup Rolled oats

1 tsp Chia seeds & Flax seeds

3/4 cup Milk of your choice (almond, oat, or dairy)

1 tbsp Pure maple syrup or raw honey

A dash of Cinnamon

Top with: A handful of fresh berries and a small spoonful of nut butter or pumpkin seeds & Nuts

Optional: Add hemp seeds or powder
The Method

Combine: In a small jar or container, stir together the rolled oats, chia seeds, milk, sweetener, and cinnamon until well mixed.

Chill: Seal the container and pop it into the fridge overnight (or for at least 4 hours). The chia seeds and oats will absorb the liquid, turning beautifully thick and creamy.

Serve: In the morning, give it a quick stir. Top it with your fresh berries and a drizzle of nut butter for that perfect balance of healthy fats and clean fuel.
