This is a convenient, delicious Lentil & Vegetable  All in 1 soup mix, which is quick & easy to prepare that contains no harmful additives.

To Cook: Add 6 cups of boiling water to the grain vegetable mix and cook with closed lid for 20minutes. Add Spice Mix, stir and cook for a further 20 minutes, stirring every 20 minutes.
