A Protein Smoothie recipe, that is easy to make & full of nutrition, that will keep you full for longer, due to the protein content
RECIPE
Blend the following together:
- 3 tablespoons (30g) Vanilla Whey Concentrate OR Whey with Pea Protein mix
- 1/2 cup Milk or Water
- 1 cup Ice
- 1 frozen Banana
- 1 big teaspoon Honey or other sweetener
- handful almonds OR 2 tablespoons almond flourÂ
