Almond Protein Smoothie

A Protein Smoothie recipe, that is easy to make & full of nutrition, that will keep you full for longer, due to the protein content


Blend the following together:

  • 3 tablespoons (30g) Vanilla Whey Concentrate OR Whey with Pea Protein mix
  • 1/2 cup Milk or Water
  • 1 cup Ice
  • 1 frozen Banana
  • 1 big teaspoon Honey or other sweetener
  • handful almonds OR 2 tablespoons almond flour
