BANANA & ROOIBOS CHAI BANANA BREAD

Ingredients
- 2 cups (250g) Almond or Macadamia Nut Flour
- 1/2 cup (50g) Coconut Flour
- 1/2 cup (40g) Natural Health’s Rooibos Matcha Chai Whey Smoothie mix
- 1/4 cup Desiccated Coconut or chopped nuts
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1/4 tsp Sea or himalayan Salt
- 1/4 cup Macadamia nut oil, Olive oil or Melted Butter
- 1/3 cup Honey
- 2 bananas (225g mashed)
- 4 medium size eggs

- Whisk together all the liquid
- Add the mashed banana and mix a bit more
- Then add the dry ingredients to the liquid
- Mix again and add into a bread tin.
 Bake at 180 degrees for 45min to 1 hourÂ
