OMEGA 3 GLOW SALAD
INGREDIENTS:
- Rocket leaves
- Sardines, in water or olive oil (use 1/2 of a 130g tin)
- Red Sauerkraut or Kimchi OR Red cabbage
- Carrots, shredded
- Mixed seeds OR pumpkin seeds, Sunflower seeds
- Olives, handful
- Red or Yellow peppers , cut in thin strips
- Avocado, cut into pieces
- Walnuts or Pecan nuts, handful
- Coriander herbs
- salt & pepper (little bit only, as fish is normally salty already
SALAD DRESSING
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp Freshly squeezed Lemon juice
- grated Ginger (Optional)
- salt & pepper (little bit only, as fish is normally salty already)
- Sumac, Smoked paprika, Oreganum (optional spices)
The above recipe depend on how hungry you are, and if its just for yourself or for 2. Use your own discression, to add any amounts, of the above ingredients. There is no right or wrong. Build your own salad, and add more of the ingredients that you love the most.
