Peanut Choc Date Balls (Gluten & Dairy free)

A quick healthy sweet treat too make. Full of fiber & good fats, with Peanuts, Seeds & Cocoa

PEANUT CHOC DATE BALLS

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dates  + 1/4 cup water
  • 1/3 cup Peanut butter
  • 30ml (2 tbsp) Coconut oil
  • 1 /4 cup Cocoa powder
  • 1 cup Desiccated coconut
  • 2 x 80g scoops Sunflower seed flour

How to prepare

  1. Soften the dates, by cooking with water, with closed lid until boiling. Put stove off, and let if sit for min 5 to 10 min to soften & cool down.
  2. Smash dates with fork & mix in all the rest of the ingredients
  3. Roll into balls and dust with extra coconut
  4. Put in the fridge, to set & harden a bit
