A quick healthy sweet treat too make. Full of fiber & good fats, with Peanuts, Seeds & Cocoa
PEANUT CHOC DATE BALLS
Ingredients
- 1 cup dates + 1/4 cup water
- 1/3 cup Peanut butter
- 30ml (2 tbsp) Coconut oil
- 1 /4 cup Cocoa powder
- 1 cup Desiccated coconut
- 2 x 80g scoops Sunflower seed flour
How to prepare
- Soften the dates, by cooking with water, with closed lid until boiling. Put stove off, and let if sit for min 5 to 10 min to soften & cool down.
- Smash dates with fork & mix in all the rest of the ingredients
- Roll into balls and dust with extra coconut
- Put in the fridge, to set & harden a bit
