Banting Bread
- 2 Cups Royal Nutrition Banting All Purpose Flour Royal Nutrition Banting All purpose Flour 300g
- 4 Eggs
- 2 Tablespoons Chia seeds Natural Health Chia Seeds 500g / 1Kg
- 2 Tablespoons Flax Seeds Natural Health Flax seeds (Linseeds) 500g / 1Kg
- 1/4 Cup Boiling Water
- 2 Tablespoons Olive oil
HOW TO MAKE:
Pre-heat oven to 180°C
Mix seeds with boiling water, stir and set aside to cool.
Mix eggs until light and foamy.
Add the oil, banting flour and seed mix to the eggs and beat until well combined.
Bake for 30 to 45 minutes.
