COCONUT CHOC NUT DATE BALL Recipe:
Step 1 – Put dates & water in a small pot, close with lid and bring to boil. Once boiled, put stove off, but leave on heat for about 10 min.
- heaped 1/2 cup Dates (100g)
- 1/4 cup water
Step 2 – remove from the heat & mash the dates with a fork
Step 3 – Add the below ingredients to the dates & stir well)
- 2 tablespoons Coconut oil
- 1/2 cup Peanut OR Almond OR Cashew nut butter
Step 4 – Add the rest of the ingredients, mix well & shape into balls. Dust the balls with extra coconut. Put in fridge to set
- 1 tablespoon Cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup almond flour OR peanut flour OR Macadamia nut flour
- 3/4 cup to 1 cup Desiccated Coconut
