CHICKPEA & ALMOND BREAD Recipe
Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees. Grease bread pan with oil
Mix together the following liquids:
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (optional)
- 1 tablespoon oil (olive oil, macadamia nut or Coconut oil)
Mix the below well, before its added to the above:
- 1 large tablespoon Psyllium husk
- 1/2 water
Add the following Dry Ingredients, to the Wet Ingredients:
- Â 1 cup Almond flour (130g)
- 1 cup Chickpea flour (140g), sifted
- 1/2 cup Buckwheat flour OR any other Gluten free flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 heaped teaspoon Baking powder
- 1/3 cup Mixed seeds (flax, sesame, pumpkin seeds)
Bake for 45 min. Once done, let it rest for at least 15 min, before removing from dish
