Vegan Chocolate Mousse

SUGAR FREE OPTION / GLUTEN FREE / DAIRY FREE

RECIPE 1 – without Chocolate) 

Ingredients:

  • 1 tin Coconut Cream
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup Honey OR Xylitol OR Coconut Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Nut butter (optional)

Mix all the above in a blender.  Refrigerate for 6 hours, or at least 3 hours

RECIPE 2 – with Chocolate)

Ingredients:

  • 1 tin Coconut Cream
  • 100g Cocoafair Chocolate Slab 72% with Sugar OR Sweetener OR 85% with sugar (Dairy free)
  • 2 big tablespoons Nut Butter (Peanut butter / Almond / Macadamia Nut butter)
  • 1 heap tablespoon Cocoa powder

Warm the Coconut cream slightly. Remove from the heat and add the chocolate, stirring until it melts. Add the Nut butter & Cocoa & blend well.  Refrigerate for 6 hours or at least 3 hours. Enjoy  :0)
