SUGAR FREE OPTION / GLUTEN FREE / DAIRY FREE
RECIPE 1 – without Chocolate)Â
Ingredients:
- 1 tin Coconut Cream
- 1/4 cup Cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup Honey OR Xylitol OR Coconut Sugar
- 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
- 2 tablespoons Nut butter (optional)
Mix all the above in a blender. Refrigerate for 6 hours, or at least 3 hours
RECIPE 2 – with Chocolate)
Ingredients:
- 1 tin Coconut Cream
- 100g Cocoafair Chocolate Slab 72% with Sugar OR Sweetener OR 85% with sugar (Dairy free)
- 2 big tablespoons Nut Butter (Peanut butter / Almond / Macadamia Nut butter)
- 1 heap tablespoon Cocoa powder
Warm the Coconut cream slightly. Remove from the heat and add the chocolate, stirring until it melts. Add the Nut butter & Cocoa & blend well. Refrigerate for 6 hours or at least 3 hours. Enjoy :0)
