This is a wonderful side dish to meat, that is easy to make, full of fresh delicious ingredients.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup Bulgar wheat OR Couscous
- 1/2 tsp himalayan or sea salt
- 2 cups of water
- 1/4 cup Sundried Tomato, cut in small pieces
- 1/3 cup Green Pesto
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- handful Dark olives, cut in half
- Feta, as per choice
- broken Walnuts or Cashew nuts or seeds (optional)
HOW TO PREPARE:

Place bulgur, water, and salt into a medium-size saucepan over medium heat.  Give it a stir.

Bring it to a boil, put the lid on, turn down the heat to low and cook until the liquid is absorbed, should be around 12 minutes, for coarse bulgur
- Add all other ingredients & mix well.
- Can serve hot or cold
