Chickpea Fudge

A delicious Gluten & Sugar free treat, that is high in protein & quick to make

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/2 cup Chickpea flour
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 150g Butter / Coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoon nuts (any will do)
  • Optional:  2 tablespoons Desiccated Coconut

HOW TO PREPARE:

Melt butter, and add Flour, stirring continuously while you cook at low to medium heat

Once its brown, remove from the heat, stir in the honey & nuts.  Press into a dish & let it cool.  Set aside for an hour, put in fridge to hurry about the setting process
